Spanish Names in Italy
One of my grandparents came from Naples and I've been noticing that there are several families that have Spanish sounding names who live in that area. Is this common in Naples?

Yes, this is very common. Diego, Perez, etc. Napoli was governed by the Spanish (Catalans) for years.
